SAFETY

If you don’t already have a written safety program, we can set one up for you free of charge. We can also help if you are audited and fined to remediate the audit and reduce the fines.
We also offer computerized OSHA 300, 301, and 300a logs. OSHA reportable injuries are tracked on-line and there are various reports to help you monitor your safety program. This enables you to spot disturbing trends before they affect your company’s workers comp modifier which controls your costs. In addition, this on-line program includes an OSHA reportability determinator to help you determine if an on-the-job injury is even reportable. Many businesses simply take the safe approach and report everything, which makes them look unsafe. With SourceOne’s easy to use program, anyone in your company can determine if the injury is reportable.
PREMIUM RECOVERY
Another area unique to SourceOne is our premium recovery program. SourceOne will do an in-depth analysis of your past workers compensation and general liability audits to determine if you were correctly charged. If not, we will recover the over charged premium for you. In 2007 we recovered over $150,000 for our customers. We do this on a contingency fee basis so you don’t pay us unless we recover money for you.
